Oil Removal

Oil removal systems eliminate oil contamination from a gas stream down to parts per billion (ppb) to prevent oil from entering downstream equipment. Each system consists of two to three ASME code vessels with coalescer elements to remove oil entrained in the gas as mist and a single ASME code vessel with activated carbon to adsorb any trace amounts of oil carryover from the coalescers. Systems are supplied fully instrumented as a skidded unit for ease of installation.
